Italy Nominee Abstract Professional "Alien street lamps in the fog" One December day the thick fog turned the street lamps outside my window into aliens spreading an orange light and lighting up the silhouette of a tree stretching out towards the mysterious entities Photographer from Monza, Northern Italy. She has always been passionate about photography, long before owing a camera. Her approach to it is rooted in cross-genre experimentalism often lying in minimalism and abstraction which are particularly effective in interpreting photography not much as a way of documenting reality but as a reflection about reality itself both on a personal and universal level |
