Honorable Mention
Title:Water Dance
Just as the sun came up, I watched this large Blowhole at Kiama, Australia, spray water, twisting and bending in the changing wind. It appeared to softly dance before me, then disappeared below.
Biography:
I grew up in regional Australia, where I often witnessed the power of nature, both the good and the bad. Occasionally nature could be both beautiful and brutal at the same time, but it always left me in awe.
I then came to Melbourne where I worked as a designer but was interested in photography from early on. In the last 5 years I have been able to concentrate on my photography. I see patterns, lines, colours and shapes that change in different lights and I take shots to forever set a place card in my memory.
