Title:Reconciliation after the Genocide: Marianna & Marc
Marianna Nyirantgorama (58) survived the genocide by hiding among corpses after her family was massacred in a church. She later fled to Bisesero, where tens of thousands of Tutsis were killed. In 2018, she joined a CBS Rwanda therapy group that included Marc Nyandekwe (60), a neighbor who killed her sister and looted her home. During therapy, she forgave him.
